Processing Time

Every order is prepared with intention and care. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or inventory levels. Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect transit times only and do not include processing delays.


U.S. Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options for U.S. customers:

  • Economy Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, which may require additional time).


International Shipping

We’re delighted to ship internationally. Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard international shipping.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 10–25 business days
  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or taxes based on local regulations. These are not included in your checkout total.

Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees. If a package is refused and returned to us, any applicable shipping & handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

PO Boxes & Incorrect Addresses

We do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Nova Ritual is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delays or losses caused by undeliverable addresses
  • Re-delivery fees for returned parcels marked “Return to Sender”

Lost or Missing Packages

We work with trusted carriers, but sometimes parcels get lost in transit. If your tracking shows your package was never delivered and the carrier confirms it as lost, we’ll be happy to send a free replacement.

Contact us at care@novaritual.com with your order number and tracking info. Please note:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward.
  • We recommend shipping to a secure address to avoid theft.
