Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also reach out to care@novaritual.com if you need help locating it.

Q: Can I make changes after placing an order?

A: We begin processing orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address during checkout, in accordance with local laws.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All prices on novaritual.com are in USD. If you're shopping internationally, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate.

Shipping & Tracking

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A:

  • Standard: 7–10 business days
  • Expedited: 4–7 business days
  • Express: 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Keep in mind, delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders over $200 may qualify for free international shipping. Please note that customs and duties may apply depending on your country.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Didn’t get one? Reach out to us at care@novaritual.com.

Q: My tracking says “Label Created” but hasn’t moved?

A: It means your order is ready but hasn't yet been picked up by the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Q: What if my package says "Returned to Sender"?

A: This usually means the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable. Please email us to arrange a reshipment (shipping fees may apply).

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. However we do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Sale items, earrings, and opened wellness products (like incense or oils) are non-returnable.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?

A: We're so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item. We'll make it right.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item, email us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for. We'll help you through the process.

Q: Do you cover return shipping?

A: Currently, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us first for the correct return address.

Q: Do I need a return label?

A: We currently do not provide pre-paid return labels. To return your order, please email care@novaritual.com to receive the correct return address.
