Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nova Ritual, each piece is crafted and selected with intention. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t align perfectly — and we’re here to make your return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Holiday Return & Exchange Window

Orders placed between November 6, 2024 and December 24, 2024 are eligible for exchange or replacement until January 31, 2025.

Refunds still follow our standard 30-day return policy.

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds apply only to full-priced items.
  • Return shipping is not covered, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Earrings, engraved items, sale items, and ritual tools (like candles, sage, or oils) are final sale and non-returnable once opened or used.
  • Exchanges are processed as a one-time service; exchanged items cannot be refunded.
  • If your replacement item is out of stock, we’ll offer you an alternative of equal value.

Defective Items

  • We’ll gladly replace items confirmed defective within 30 days of purchase.
  • For orders over $49 USD and within 1 year, you may request a 50% discount promo code toward the same item (based on availability).
  • Damage caused by wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer care team first.

We will provide you with the most appropriate return address based on your location and the nature of your request.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

  1. Reach out to us via email with your order number and reason for return or exchange (e.g., refund, exchange, damaged item).
  2. Our team will respond with the return address and next steps.
  3. Once you receive the return details:
    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
    • Include a brief note with your order number and return reason.
    • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method of your choice within 3 business days.
⚠️ Important:
We currently do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team. Nova Ritual is not responsible for lost packages, so we highly recommend using tracked shipping.

International Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to the return address provided.
  • We’ll cover shipping for replacements due to defects.
  • Exchanges for other reasons will be charged an additional shipping fee.
  • All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed for a full refund.
  • Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before processing.
  • Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Special Sales & Promo Codes

  • Only one promo code may be used per order.
  • Discounts are valid only during the active promotion window.
  • Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.

Final Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
