I used to be the kind of woman everyone thought had it all together. Before founding Nova Ritual, I had what looked like a "stable and respectable" career. In a fast-paced, KPI-driven industry, I was the backbone of my team, a middle manager, the "reliable one" in my leader's eyes. But the truth was—I was draining myself every single day. Only I knew that those seemingly organized days were anything but bright. I slowly became numb in the nonstop grind:

That was a deep season of emotional exhaustion—not because I didn't try hard, but because I'd lost me.

One dark night, during a low point, I stumbled upon a video of a woman meditating with a crystal. She said, "Some answers don't come from the mind—they come from the body." That night, I put on a small rose quartz crystal for the first time, and in meditation, I cried—real tears, long overdue. In that moment, I realized what I needed wasn't more effort—it was permission to pause and reconnect with myself. I began exploring chakras, energy healing, crystal rituals—reading, practicing, becoming aware. I finally had the courage to step away from my old career path, to come home—to my family, my body, my soul. That feeling of quieting my spirit was more precious than any professional achievement. Coming back to my body, my feelings, my heart. Not escaping life, but learning to live each moment with awareness, and to walk each step with intention. That's why I created Nova Ritual. Nova means "new star," a symbol of the true self inside each of us shining bright again. Ritual is a daily practice I've personally experienced—one that helps us navigate chaos, reconnect, and restore inner balance.

I founded Nova Ritual because I believe every woman who's struggled with burnout and overwhelm deserves her own sacred space. Even if it's just a necklace, a crystal, or a simple mindful breath. Nova Ritual is a gentle invitation to every weary soul.
